We were at a loss looking for back paperwork in a family matter. Jason Briel, Esq. took my call immediately and did some research for me. He called back within 15 minutes, as promised. Mr. Briel took the time to explain options and our best course of action. He was personable, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. We will certainly be using Mr. Briel and his firm again.

The right guy at the right time! I usually don’t take the time to post stuff like this but upon reflecting on my experience with Dennis Winegar and his firm I felt it necessary. After being served divorce papers I was beyond concerned and lost and was not sure where to start and who to turn to. Dennis was referred to me by an attorney friend of mine, which in itself is a strong statement. Divorce is not a pretty thing and having an attorney represent you that understands that and cares was very important to me? Dennis knowledge of divorce law was only surpassed by his genuine and sincere people skills. I was warned by many about lawyers who drags things on and pad their bills. Dennis approach was about doing what’s right for me and overall the least expensive conclusion. In my opinion his focus was always on finding a fair and equitable conclusion while protecting my interests. He returned my calls and his office always provided me with what I needed. I called this office to get some legal advise. Even though Ms. Frakenthall new that I would not need representation with this particular issue, she was more than willing to advise me on what my options were. How refreshing to find an attorney that knew she would not receive compensation for her advise, still took the time to explain in detail my options. I was impressed with her knowledge and the fact that she so willing gave me her time with nothing to gain. I can honestly say that I would recommend this attorney and that if I have any future needs this is the attorney I will choose.

Scott Wilhelm is an amazing attorney!!!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to defend me and my freedom. The district attorneys office wanted me to do 3 months in jail but Scott Wilhelm made a phenomenal argument to the judge for me to get a better sentence which led to me just getting probation. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me the results I wanted. It was his strong and dedicated work ethic that ensured my freedom. I couldn’t be more pleased with his dedication to defending me and the results he got me. The money for his service was well worth it and there is no other attorney I would recommend for anyone needing a criminal defense.
