I am extremely satisfied with the legal services I received from Mike and Noreen. From the beginning, Mike was straightforward and clear about my options and what to expect throughout the process. He was always prepared, and advocated effectively on my behalf. Noreen was also great to work with. She was always responsive to my calls and emails, and kept me updated on the progress of my case. I wouldn’t ask for a better representing lawyer as Benjamin Hoffman. I reached out to them to get my kids rights in the house we live in, after their father took me to court and tried to claim half of the house despite our agreement before the divorce. Benjamin was very attentive, listened to me and all the case details carefully during the initial consultation before I even hired them. He knew exactly my family’s circumstances and thought of every way to protect my children’s rights, always discussing progress and all the document details with me. Making sure I know all my choices and all the possible results. Very punctuate and would accommodate my work schedule to make sure I am able to talk to him. He used every piece of evidence I gave him perfectly and got my kids their rights in their house back. Every person I dealt with in the staff was very respectful and pleasant. Even the billing department. I Highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Carmine Villani as he came highly recommended by another law firm in order to represent our son for a 3rd degree eluding charge. Carmine was very professional and worked diligently to ensure the best outcome for our son. Ultimately, we did receive the best news, considering our son was facing potentially 36 points in traffic violations and a felony eluding charge, as everything was dismissed and my son thankfully walked away with a 2-year pretrial intervention. It was an extremely stressful time for our family, but Camine did his best to put us at ease and keep us informed as the legal proceedings progressed.

Ravaschiere, Esquire, throughout my divorce process which included four mediations, and later during a successful cross motion, 8 months after the divorce was finalized. Would absolutely give zero stars if we could. Gina Ravaschiere was hired due to her “expertise” in Family Law. We saved our pennys to hire representation regarding paternal visitation. It was explained in great detail why the plaintiff would need to be brought to court to have a judge rule; that they would never willingly consent to allow the father of their child to have any visitation rights. We were asked to provide a detailed history in regards to patterns of behavior and it was extremely evident (if Gina had actually read it) that it was a typical case of a mother punishing the father by weaponizing the child strictly because her feelings were hurt. It took us close to five hours to write what was requested … which is certainly more work than Gina put into the job we paid her to do. Now, 5k later and we are right back where we started with having to go and have a judge rule because guess what? Mom won’t consent to nothing (despite having done everything Gina directed us to do). Gina, we told you. However, we no longer have representation because Gina wants another 5k from us to file the motion. Girl, we told you this would happen. You took our money and did NOTHING and now you want more. Extremely abhorrent and unethical treatment of clients because it’s evident now that the request for another 5k is to just make us go away. She knows we don’t have it and that we gave her all we had to represent us in court but she insisted that we do it her way. We trusted her and now we are without representation, going in front of a judge, with zero knowledge of legal proceedings. Gina left us hanging in the wind with nothing to show for the 5k we paid her. We feel like we were robbed and now have a complete understanding why lawyers have such an awful reputation. Gina encapsulates the lying lawyer stereotype perfectly. You have plenty of options when it comes to hiring a lawyer to work for you. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned dollars on any other lawfirm. Gina most certainly does not care about her clients.

In 2018, I engaged Vincent Deluca to assist me with my divorce proceedings. Overall, I have no major complaints about his services, except for the fact that in 2019, he passed my case to Michael Ayres due to my ex-husband's decision to contest the divorce, thereby transforming the previously collaborative process into a litigious one. Unfortunately, my divorce remains unresolved even after six years. Michael Ayres intentionally advised the Arbitrator, Matthew Abatemarco - whom he recommended I use instead of going to court, against my preference - to delay responding to a motion for reconsideration in 2020. This hints at a concerning pattern of favors between Ayres and Abatemarco, a revelation that my current attorney learned through an email confession from Abatemarco. Unaware of these unethical practices at the time, I terminated Ayres' services based on my family's advice to seek a new attorney due to the prolonged duration of the divorce proceedings. The actions of Ayres and Abatemarco not only extended the divorce timeline significantly, causing immense emotional distress to my daughters ( and myself) but they also exacerbated the situation by exploiting my ex-husband's, in my opinion, angry unstable emotional state for their benefit. This experience sheds light on systemic flaws within the divorce industry, portraying it more as a profit-driven enterprise rather than a mechanism focused on aiding individuals in need of resolution. The ordeal that I have endured, alongside my daughters, raises serious questions about the ethics and integrity within the legal system, particularly in cases where vulnerable parties, like women and children, are involved and exploited for financial gain..
