I originally contacted multiple law offices about my case. Villani & DeLuca stood out from the rest to say the least . My atterney Benjamin Hoffman took time to review my case properly. He was very professional knowledgeable and most importantly faught hard for my rights . Lisa in the office was very understanding and helpful. Great Team! Will use again if needed.

Carmine is a saint and Ben Hoffman is gods gift to litigation. And did you see the suit he was wearing? His tailor was an artist. And bens speaking voice is second to none he’s really got some pipes on him huh? You wouldn’t believe the work these 2 do, lemme tell ya. Incredible. Bang up job.

Michael is absolutely wonderful! He is kind, considerate and responsive to every call and email. His staff, especially Noreen, are amazing! Michael handled every aspect of my divorce brilliantly and Noreen was more amazing than I could have ever imagined! They both went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, professionally and personally, during the most difficult period in my life. They were like family and fought for me as such. Michael Ayers was my attorney. Mike is a great guy and very knowledgeable on many aspects of the family court arena. I had a brutal divorce and Mike made it much better. I actually slept well having Mike represent me. He is a negotiator and will tell you if he thinks you are not getting a fair deal. He will also tell you when you are out of line which I respect the most. Great job Michael!

My attorney brought Vincent DeLuca in for an economic mediation. He was very professional, engaged and effective. I appreciated his humanity and how he handled a difficult situation between two parties who could not come to a reasonable agreement.
