Vince DeLuca is a very experienced, skillful and dedicated divorce attorney, mediator and arbitrator who has been in the field for over 25 years. I would recommend Vince to anyone who is going through a divorce because he is impartial and considerate of both parties' interests and concerns. His office is ideal for mediations since there are a two conference rooms, which limits the chance of conflict between parties during negotiations. He is well known in Monmouth and Ocean counties and well-liked by the judges in the area. His good reputation and enjoyable personality makes a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible.

I had just got my dream job, and arrested for a 2nd and 3rd time for marijuana possession < 50grams and paraphernalia both within a month of each other in neighboring towns. Cops found it in my car. I currently am on the Nj medicinal marijuana program but I wasn't at the time of arrests. Like you, I was reading reviews on lawyers and you'll see that all reviews for this firm and Carmine Villani are excellent. It's worth the price, and Carmine and his firm reassured me from the beginning that they would work hard-and they did deliver. Both cases were dismissed. All of my charges were dropped to non criminal non drug misdemeanors with small fines and no probation. I would recommend this firm to my own family.
