Brian Lincer and his team was excellent, willing to go the extra mile to make sure there are enough contingencies built in the contract to protect you. I highly recommend this law firm, if you are looking to purchase a stand alone business or a franchise.

Very happy working with Brian. It was clear he has tremendous experience with franchise documents. He took a couple hundred page document and boiled it down to the most critical components. I highly suggest using an attorney that specializes in franchises if you go that route, and Brian did a great job.
