I recently retained Charles Internicola to help me negotiate my financial agreement prior to purchasing a Home Care Services Franchise. Charles had identified a number of concerns within the purchase contract. He then fought diligently to protect my liabilities and interests. Charles is very professional and his fees are reasonable. He is very knowledgable with Franchise law. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Brian Lincer represented me in my acquisition of a Franchise on Long Island. He was easy to reach, responded and followed up promptly, as promised, all through the process. He explained everything thoroughly, and helped me to negotiate the best deal possible. The paralegals were also extremely helpful. Several months later, I used my brother who does real-estate law, but not franchise law, to represent me in my lease negotiations. It was a difficult negotiation ,due to the Landlord and their lawyer.
