Craig and Elizabeth helped my family resolve a dispute with our landlord. Our landlord refused to work with us on the number of noise complaints we'd reported and wanted us to pay all fees for moving out early. In the end we were able to move out avoid court or paying anything to break our lease. Thank you so much! Barry Epstein and his firm were there for me from the start. I was so happy I found them. Within days of my call to Barry, he went to the site of my most unfortunate accident and took pictures. Pictures were taken at the scene but Barry felt we needed more. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was nervous about the deposition and defendants doctor exam, but Barry and Robin, Barry's legal secretary calm my nerves and briefed me on what to expect, so I would not be surprised. My boyfriend was with me so he was a witness and he was more nervous then me. Robin was so patient with us. She is a Godsend and I was so thankful for her. Michael Epstein took over my case near the finish line since Barry was stepping back abit and he seamlessly took over my case without any hiccups. Even after a settlement was reached, they were still on top of things. Robin noticed Medicare had added doctor visits that were unrelated to my injury. She informed Medicare and we are awaiting the reversal of the charges. I highly recommend the Epstein Firm for myself and to anyone. I was pleased with the settlement and the whole process and now can focus on my recovery. I hope I will never need them again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to call them.
