It's amazing how hard it is to get a payoff amount when you are trying to pay it off! I have been trying to get documentation for several weeks, and I don't believe it was ever sent to me, even when I was told it was mailed. And telling me my own information can't be emailed to me? I don't believe that either.

The worst place to ever have to be reached by. You try to do the right thing with them and when you try to cal them they will never answer. The WORST WORST WORST PLEASE IF YOU CAN AVOID THEM.

They don't answer the phone in a timely fashion or are professional. To make a payment it's nearly impossible so they can collect. I completed an automatic withdrawal option and they didn't submit the correct check withdrawal to the bank. It's the weekend and I have to wait until Monday.

I have called repeatedly, left messages and still no one calls back. I have called so much that I am given a new person's name who is in charge of my file. They never display a balance of the remainder owed after a payment. This law firm is extremely unprofessional.

i have called them so many times over the past couple of weeks and either left messages with receptionist, transferred to voice mails, or the phone just keeps ringing and noone answers. i am trying to get the remaining balance on my account since they dont send me any statements in the mail at all. ive been paying off my debt with them since 2018. horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. i cant wait to pay off my balance and be done with them once and for all.

T&H is quite easy to reach and happy to talk to you BEFORE you pay your bill, but once you pay, no one will talk or provide the satisfaction When I finally received the document my name was spelled wrong.
