About a month ago I saw that my bank account is frozen. I never received any notice that they will do it. I paid everything off but it’s already a month that my account still frozen. They never answered my calls. It’s took 3 weeks to receive a satisfaction notice but my account still frozen because they didn’t sent a release notice to the bank. Just shame

Absolutely the worst collection agency/Law office. No one ever answers the phone. This place should be shut down due to the inability to answer the phone especially when collecting on a debt. Complete dirtbag company.
