We have been working with Hunt & Associates He’s a great attorney very attentive anytime you send him an email or call or text his responses are very quick you don’t have to wait he pulls no punches and he goes after whats right for the client we had a great experience we had a long case but it was a very complicated case and throughout the whole process Hunt never left out side amazing firm I would like to say I would use them again but let’s hope I don’t have to use them again but if the circumstances ever arise Hunt would be my go to person.I couldn’t have been happier from beginning to end with Hunt.Hunt did an amazing job of outlining the process as well as his expectations and he delivered. 5 Stars without a hesitation-

Tried multiple times to call them regarding a debt lawsuit i received, no calls back goes to a voicemail, then never get a call back. Sent letters and no response

Absolute filth this “firm” is. Literally drained my 75 year old mentally incapacitated Mother’s bank account of 17k right before Christmas which was federal benefits (SSI) which is protected. How the bank allowed them to do this with zero warning and nothing sent to her is beyond me. I have now had to hire an attorney and file a plethora of complaints with the AG, CFPB, adult protection services and civil rights complaints not to mention with the SSI. You cannot get anyone on the phone which is a whole other legal issue there in itself.

Jim hunt was my lawyer and I couldn’t be happier with all that he and his firm had done for me. Very disappointed in this firm. Out of desperation I am writing this review since I can't seem to get them to reply to my inquiry into my case. My company hired them to collect a debt. They are very challenging (I haven't been able to speak with my rep or the manager, actually I can reach what sounds like a third partyy receptionist who will only forward my calls to my reps voice mail) and after months I have yet to receive an email or phone call reply. We have had to contact them and hound them for months to get any information and now it's been going on for over a year and neither the manager nor our customer service agent will return a call or answer the phone despite leaving them numerous messages requesting contact, a return call or any information on our claim. They seem to have ghosted our company that hired them. Ironic as I seem to be the one who is chasing them instead of their firm chasing the deadbeat who has an unpaid invoice.

Terrible agency, unprofessional! Can't reach anyone. No one answers phones or emails. Ridiculous!
