I’ve called them a few times no answer. I’ve been researching this and it’s saying it’s from Citibank. I’ve called Citibank says they have no knowledge of any account with my husband Social Security number so how can they put a judgment against us when city Banks has no knowledge of us at all, so they need to get their stuff straight and make sure they’re doing their work right I will be going up to the courthouse and letting them know that I had called Citibank and Citibank says they have no knowledge of him ever having an account with them with that Social Security number, which is always been his Social Security number so if you plan on thinking, you’re getting more money from us not happening buddy.

Does not return calls in a timely fashion (24 hours or less)

They won't take a payment online which is ridiculous why have an option to pay online and tell customers online payment is not an option

I’ve had tried to inform this firm that I am a stay at home mom so I have no income. They still continued on with suing me to garnish wages. I don’t work. Why even waste anyone’s time. I tried to negotiate but they were just nasty and unprofessional. All that aggression is just going to turn into a lawsuit.

Spoke with Rachel regarding a debt on 4/3/23 and told her I would call back the 7th to lock in a payment plan. Have been calling for two weeks now and haven’t received a call back. Am trying to agree to their settlement offer to make payments and they will not return my calls. Very frustrating process. If I don’t get a response soon I will be hiring a mediator to deal with them, as they don’t even have the decency to return a phone call.

I've been trying to pay my judgment for weeks now. No one will call me back , Get anyone on the phone. You would figure if I'm trying to pay. They would call me back left several messages. This place is ridiculous. The Receptionist on the is chewing gum in your ear. Transferring you to the same 2 guys everyday that won't call you back. Smh

This is one of the most disgusting, predatory practices I have ever encountered. Complete lack of communication and unwillingness to work fairly with those in its debts. I was working full time and wanted to pay down my debt, but they would not accept anything less than TWICE what I had left over after expenses each month. I sat on the phone with one of their staff who calculated it himself, and they still demanded more. Instead, they filed for full garnishment of all my assets, draining anything that enters my bank account. How am I supposed to work to make money to pay off my debt if they won't even allow me to keep enough to pay my rent and car?? And getting one of these people on the phone is an absolute hassle! Heartless monsters.

tried to call this place many times. left voicemails and the receptionist. The front desk only forwards the call. have been on hold for them for the longest. i need to settle something regarding a collection. The recieptionist is a RUDE woman with an indian accent. I asked if i could hand deliver a document which stated on my letter that I could, And I was told with the indian accent lady we dont accept visitors. How are we suppose to settle. Im willing to work with them its just the unprofessionalism i was met with!
