I have been trying to get in contact with someone for 3 days. I have left 6 voicemails gotten 1 call back and was promptly hung up on. Called back and spoke to the operator she pulled my account up and I was informed that someone by the name of Rocco called me but I would be forced to start the process of trying to get ahold of him again. This has been a very stressful and awful experience.

This company is so bad. Never return your calls, mess in your account. If you have any problem with them I recommend to complain to CFPB

Awful "law firm." They illegally froze my account, and I could barely get a hold of anyone--and those that did respond were extremely rude. Anyway, their case against me was dismissed, because--again--they illegally tried to garnish it.

Great smooth experience , they helped me with a rear end hit n run and we got what we deserved and my recovery bills were all taken care if , joel and jim dont waste time and are on top of things. Thanks guys
