I did not know Steven when I first researched him and needed an attorney and from the very first phone call. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt he was trustworthy. Throughout the entire process he has reinforced those two feelings over and over again. I would highly recommend him For whatever legal needs you might have.

Steven was a huge help all around. I was feeling very anxious as I have never been to court before but he walked me through it and helped ease my nerves. Honestly he's a great guy that will do whatever he can to get you out of serious trouble. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I unknowingly got myself into a bit of trouble. I was struck, punched in the face. I retaliated; I did what I had to do I defended myself. A police officer issued me a ticket. I didn’t know that defending myself against an aggressor was breaking the law. Very bizarre and shocking, that defending yourself from someone who just halls of and lands a punch to your face, can be against the law. I was subject to whole host of possible penalties, plus I would have had a criminal record. Fortunately I hired attorney Steven Garner, he immediately began working on my case. He worked diligently with the court system and got my case dismissed and expunged. I am so grateful to Steven he did an excellent job I couldn’t ask for a better legal representative.

I chose Mr. Garner to represent me after I got a two point speeding ticket in Central Jersey. Mr. Garner was extremely responsive to my emails and questions and was able to get my ticket knocked down to a no point ticket with a very reasonable fee. He handled the prosecutor and everything for me behind the scenes and I just had to meet with the judge (over zoom) to agree to what they had agreed upon first. It was all very easy on my part!

Spectacular lawyer, when I first retained Mr.garner I explained to him my situation, how a simple speeding ticket turned into a whole mess and was facing charges of dui/dwi, they couldn’t get me for alcohol so try to pin marijuana against me since it was in my urine regardless off the fact I’m a regular smoker, long story short he got the dui/dwi dismissed and all other charges dismissed except the speeding which i plead out for
