I do not know where to begin. This law firm has helped me out tremendously. They have worked hard and always kept in contact with me to not only keep me informed but to simply just check on me to make sure I was at ease. They are all professional, kind, easy to talk to, and dedicated to the client not 100% but 1,000%. When I was hit by a wrong way drunk driver, I went to The Mark Law Firm for help. I was warmly greeted by Stephanie at the front desk. It was a very stressful time for me and Stephanie treated me with compassion. After some basic data, she turned my file over to Mr Jamison Mark who was the attorney that handled my case. Another great experience. Mr Mark handled everything from the criminal court case against the drunk who hit me right through the civil court process. Denise Rekem is very knowledgeable in the field of Special Education. I needed advice about modifying an IEP and accommodations in the public schools. She helped me understand what the school is required to do and offered many practical solutions. She is very personable and makes you feel at ease. When you have a special needs child, it makes the world of a difference to have an attorney by your side. But not just any attorney. Lisa Parles and Denise Rekem are not only two exceptional attorneys with expertise in education law, they are wonderful human beings. For many years, our little boy was not getting the services, help, and support that he needed. As a result, both our son and our family suffered greatly. We felt incredibly overwhelmed, frustrated, hopeless, and confused. Our son's behaviors were becoming worse and worse and it was affecting all aspects of our lives.
