This being my very first car accident, I was injured, scared and didn’t know how to proceed after losing my vehicle. I reached out to Davis, Saperstein & Solomon for guidance and was introduced to Mr Paul Garfield who provided me with a ton of help and knowledge on how to proceed. Paul Garfield, Jeremiah Larkins, and Era Berisha has really made this experience a breeze. This is truly an amazing and outstanding firm where 5 stars doesn’t even come close to highlighting the first-class work this firm and team produces. I truly cannot thank my attorney, Gary Saperstein, and Case Manager, Laura La Bianca, enough for the outstanding job in settling my case in just 1 month given the gravity of my injuries and limited policy limits. As far as Motor Vehicle Accidents goes, this unfortunately is not my first Rodeo but this is one I’ll remember. Great service. I went to Soloman for a hit a run, as well as a stop and roll. The person driving ran through a stop sign as I was on my e bike that tops at 20mph mind you I was riding along traffic so yes I have the right away… but I’ll go to them again not that I plan on getting into any other accidents.
