I had an extremely satisfying experience utilizing the services of Davis, Saperstein & Solomon. I had an auto accident a few years ago in NJ which left me injured but also with a lack of information regarding the legal process. Davis, Saperstein & Solomon representation provided accurate information regarding my case and the appropriate steps which needed to be followed. I am very impressed as to the thorough and detailed approach they utilized to keep the process moving forward, while also providing valuable guidance. The care and concern they exhibited was very comforting despite a highly complex legal proceeding. My case was eventually settled, and I congratulated the firm on a job well done. When an accident happens, it is difficult to identify a competent law firm. This I know because I was distracted by the "smoke and mirrors" of a pop-up law firm. My case was one that involved many painful soft tissue injuries to a slammed toe, a severely injured knee, and wrist-shoulder-back-neck injuries. My body had collided with a concrete slab that should not have been where it was, as part of a faulty sidewalk that had not been corrected in 5 negligent years. The owner "felt terrible" and said, "his wife had been telling him for 5 years to fix the sidewalk before someone got hurt!" The procrastination in not fixing such a danger was truly outrageous. Mr. Paul Garfield and Ms. Sandra J. worked diligently to get me the largest possible settlement, commensurate with the time I lost getting long term medical help and treatment for my injuries, and honoring the pain and suffering that I had to endure over nearly two years' time, because of the negligence of these business owners. Throughout the ordeal of dealing with the case while being in terrible pain, and (for the first few months) being mostly unable to walk or lift my arms, this team was unfailingly caring, supportive, and respectful. I am extremely pleased with their work, and with their settlement. The only thing I could have wished for (in addition to the settlement), would have been to have been able to whack the negligent property owners hard with a hunk of concrete so they could see what their negligence put me through. In lieu of that, I remain very grateful for the monetary compensation. God bless this law firm for helping those who are injured through no fault of their own.

My wife was involved in a car accident in Garfield, NJ few years ago. She was a passenger in a car making a left turn when another car hit them from behind.
