I contacted Steven Cohen's Law firm when I fell on the job and tore my meniscus. I was put in touch with Steven as the workman's comp attorney. I could not have asked for a better lawyer. He listened to my case and accepted it. Throughout the entire process, Steven was extremely responsive, thorough in his explanations and patient with my questions. Worked with this firm to resolve an accident case. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Paul Garfield was the lawyer who worked on the case - very knowledgeable and proffesional. Would reccomend using this firm!

Thank you Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, especially my lawyer Paul Garfield and his paralegal, Alexis Chalmers! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where I was hit from behind. I had a certain expectation for what my case would be worth, and Paul got me much more than I was hoping for. Alexis always kept me informed and answered my questions in a timely manner. I can only assume that the people writing these reviews work for the firm. This firm is completely disorganized and over-worked. The secretaries are clueless about what you are calling about. They repeatedly cancel depositions and cannot find coverage. We are constantly filing motions against them. They are also insanely shady, make sure you keep everything in writing along with very articulate notes. Consider yourself warned!!

Adam Lederman and everyone at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon made me feel comfortable and confident during the deposition and when we thought we might have to go on trail.
