VERY GOOD JOB ON SETTLEMENT

Very professional and very understanding of our needs. Even when it seemed like we wouldn't get much for our case they found a way and gave us everything they could with very fair terms on what we owed them. They took the time to talk down our bills and make the most of a bad situation. They deserve their good reputation.

I went to Davis, Saperstein & Salomon seeking advice because I was involved in a car accident. The driver of the other car ate the stop sign and struck me, I was 6mths pregnant at the time. The cop and insurance confirmed I was not at fault that being said, I now had to seek medical treatment and was restricted because of the pregnancy. When I met my Attorneys Steven Benvenisti, Lisa Lehrer and his staff I felt relieved because I knew I was at the right place. He was compassionate and attentive to my concerns. He answered all my questions. There was a time gap until I could really seek treatment but I was finally able to a few mths after I gave birth. When the bills started coming in my Attorney and his staff who I affectionately call "the ladies" Kennia, Jenis, and Julisa really stepped in and did their job in representing me. They were very competent dealing with the bills and doctors in a timely manner so that I could get the treatment I needed. Including handling all interactions with both insurance companies. My case was settled and all medical bills taken care of, and I was indeed compensated for all my pain and suffering. They really did have my back. They went for what I deserved and more and won. I am so grateful. I highly recommend them to all my family, friends and anyone seeking actual help. ♡

The Davis Saperstein & Solomon law firm worked a miracle. Attorney Paul Garfield and his team did a fantastic job. I had settled with the other driver's insurance company for $1000 after being struck in the rear. Later I developed serious neck problems and Mr. Garfield was able to overturn that agreement and secure a much greater amount for my injuries. Thank you so much for getting me the right compensation
