Roberto Cuan and his team represented me during my home buying process. As you can imagine, home buying can be stressful, so dealing with attorneys and banks and sellers, etc. can only add to the stress. Roberto and his team of professionals (Dennis and Julie) were so helpful, I can't thank them enough. The most important trait I can say that stood out more than anything else for me (and should for anyone else), Roberto made himself available any time I had a question. I reached out to Roberto via email, via phone and he was always there to return my call or email. No question was too "dumb" or too "crazy" he really took his time to explain documents and go over the steps and what to expect. The team was there every step of the way. On closing day, Roberto welcome me to his office and literally sat with me and took the time to go over the paperwork, explain every detail of the contract. He made sure I understood what I was signing and continually asked me if I had any questions. I can go on and on about my experience but, the best way I could describe Roberto and his team, AMAZING!!! If you are looking for an Attorney to represent you, look no further.
