The Cuan team have well streamlined process starting from onboarding through “attorney review” to closing. Their onboarding process was clearly defined in terms of identifying the various modes of communications (and the preferred once), price (which we found to be very reasonable for the superb service they provided), and updates/milestones. I called this office twice last week, making sure to wait until after the 4th of July weekend was over. Left messages with my phone number and request for a call back each time, but still haven't received any callbacks. It seems like they do respond to negative reviews here, and I'm hoping that this will be the case, and hopefully they will be able to change my impression of them. UPDATE: I received a call within 30 minutes of posting this review. He told me he had tried to call me last week, but I Don't recall receiving any call, despite the fact that I was at home recovering from illness. Anyway, he was very friendly and open to discussion, and able to give me some pointers. I'm going to implement his advice, and I will hire him if I need to go to court.
