This is my 4th real estate transaction with Roberto. I keep going back to him because he gives me the time of day and I don't feel like I'm on the clock. He is extremely professional, very well versed in RE law and can be tough during negotiations. Even the extended team (Betty and Dennis) are thoroughly professional, polite and knowledgeable. I have used Mr. Roberto Cuans's services to buy a house. He is very knowledgeable in NJ real estate law, and was quite instrumental in dealing with a difficult seller and his attorney. His immense knowledge in RE laws protected me from falling into pitfalls of a breach dispute and losses and at the end I was able to close the deal. His paralegal and colleagues were as good as Mr. Cuan Thank you so much Mr. Cuan, without your help; I would not be where I am now. Keep up the great work.

We worked with Roberto on the purchase of our first home (a condo actually). In summary, Roberto was wonderful and we would recommend him and his support team highly. In a free initial consultation Roberto provided an overview of the purchase process and quoted a flat fee for his services. He explained all aspects of the transaction to us in clear, easy to understand language, and throughout the purchase process patiently answered all our questions (and we had a lot!). He also made sure the purchase contract included additional protections for us that had not been sufficiently spelled out in the original (standard) contract. When we closed, his bill did not exceed the initial fee we had been quoted. We would engage Roberto again without hesitation for any future real estate transactions.

Buying our first home, my wife and had all the jitters in the world. In contacting Mr. Cuan's office of course we weren't sure of what to expect. In working with Mr. Cuan I found that was sincere and genuine towards helping us accomplish our dream. Also, I must say he’s staff are well informed, approachable and respectful. I found that the communication line was very consistent; Mr. Cuan would follow in any time and day to assure that our questions are being answered. Roberto's Office represented us when we purchased our first home. Roberto is very professional and patient. He is very responsive too. We appreciate that he replies to our emails almost immediately. He walks us through the whole process and answers all of our questions and concerns. In addition, Dennis from his office did a wonderful job following up with the other attorney. We would not be able to close our house as scheduled without their efforts. You will not be disappointed to have Roberto's Office represent you. Quite an awesome team! I use Roberto Cuan's Attorney services in 9 out of 10 closings, as I am a Real Estate Agent, from Re/Max Home Experts. The 10th one is when the family already have an attorney that they use. Roberto Cuan from Cuan and SIng, qualifies in my opinion for 5 stars or better! if there were more starts to give. Roberto answer all my questions, sometimes not even related to a client that we actually have together, but when I need help , related to real estate.
