Mr. Hernandez and his team were able to get my fourth offense DWI conviction reversed and sent back for a new trial. The Fourth DWI was dismissed because by the time Mr. Hernandez brought the matter to court, the officer was not available. He did everything needed, from getting my medical records to hiring to right expert, etc. He was better than my last three lawyers.

Mr. Hernandez is the best! When I got arrested, I was very afraid. I thought my case was a real loser. Mer Hernandez showed me that I was wrong. He was there for me every step of the way. He really cared about my case, but more importantly, he cared about me. I wish he did more than DWI because I would refer everyone to him for any type of legal matter. He was awesome.

Mr. Hernandez did a superb job in defending my case. He continuously reviewed and re-reviewed the states findings and evidence until he found a flaw in their case. His tenacity in dealing with my case saved me thousands in fines and insurance premiums. He protected me from scrutiny and the embarrassment of having the ignition lock device on my vehicle. Take it from experience, do not ever get yourself in that position but if you do wind up there, I highly recommend that you call Mr. Hernandez!

Mr. Hernandez was tardy 85% of court appearances. When he would call to confirm dates they were often wrong & would say the wrong location of court. As far as aggressive defense goes, there was none. The initial phone call/interview that we had he seemed knowledgable and made it seem like he could be helpful in the DUI case. He did little to follow up with me after our 1st court appearance. There was no video evidence to back me up in court due to the state "loosing it", after that he basically told me there was nothing I could do. I feel as though I paid a significant amount of money to just have him stand beside me in court. I thought getting a lawyer who specialized in the field would be of benefit, but it was not. You are better off paying someone else who will actually fight for you and be on time.
