Of course every case is different , approaches differently and gets different outcomes depending on the circumstances, tickets, town, reports, etc. In my case, most of the advice I received from friends was “there’s not a chance of getting the DUI dismissed blah blah blah” I was prepared for the worst outcome. However, after several phone consultations with lawyers I decided to go with Steve hernandez law firm because of how straight forward he is, very precise with detail and knows his stuff. In court he was approached by the environment with a great reputation as a lawyer (which of course would be in his defendants favor). Besides these facts, I got a DUI DROPPED to a reckless. ONLY 90 day license loss AND NO ignition interlock in my vehicle. ( I blew .4 OVER the limit) Steven worked out a great financial deal with me, all I had to pay was small court fees as well. On top of that, he stayed in touch with me call/texts. His administration has great communication, he gave me reassurance and was extremely honest and had great advice. Great guy , I recommend 100%. I had ONE court session over this and was done.

Steve is the best!!! I had received a DUI offense. Due to litigating factors the case took almost a year to go trial. Steve walked me through everything he was doing.
