I highly recommend Mr. Hernandez as a lawyer to represent you in your DWI matters. I was arrested in NJ Dec 2022 for DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, open container and consuming alcohol in a vehicle. (5) charges while I was sleeping in my car in a parking lot. Dec 2023, Steven was able to get all charges dismissed except the open container as he was able to prove there was no present intent to operate a vehicle. This was a major win as I am a CDL driver and this would have been crippling to my life and my career. If keeping your license is as important to you, as it is for me. Retain Mr. Hernandez!
