Very knowledgeable

Mr. Passarella saved our lives and our fortune! In our initial conversation over the phone, about a potential real estate transaction, Mr. Passarella advised me to due my own due diligence, by calling the local construction dept. to find out about possible building permit violations. That was $300K worth of advice, as this property had been racking up $500 fines, on a weekly basis, since 2006, that we, as the new owners, would have been responsible for! We loved that house (and were sad to pass it up) - but we loved Mr. Passarella's advice more! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Don't go to this place for anything family related. Passarella will yeah yeah you in the office to get you to retain him and then completely renig on his promises when you get to court. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to anyone except someone I'm fighting against I'm court.
