Howard and his team are the best at what they do! They are extremely thorough and will fight on your behalf. I’ve worked with Howard and his team to purchase and sell different properties and I plan to continue using them in the future. I recently sold a property, and a little more than a month after closing Cernoff and his team got me a check for additional funds that I wasn’t even expecting. If I can give him a 10star review I would have done so easily. Andrew and his team are very responsive and professional. As for Mr. Andrew Wolfenson, he is very professional and full of experience. He will get the best outcome for you and he is very honest about what to expect. He will deff show up for your best interest in court and not have anyone try and take advantage of you. His pricing and hourly rate is really good compared to other attorney's, and he is not money hungry where he will not try and work with you.
