Like most other major decisions in my life, I decided to buy my first home in what has been the wonderfully wild year of 2020. In February, I found a modest cooperative apartment. That didn't work out. Then, the market got more volatile so this most obviously leveled up my home purchasing goal from apartment to house. Joking aside, I was serious about purchasing a home this year, and the more I worked towards the goal, the more it became a reality that I needed a lawyer. I am sitting in my new home thanks to my lawyer Mr. Wolfenson and his staff. During my purchasing journey, I hired Mr. Wolfenson as a real estate attorney, twice, because of the wonderful reviews given by my real estate agent. I not only want to concur her praises of timeliness, effectiveness, and responsiveness, but add more. As a single woman in her thirties from California, I was out here in New Jersey mostly on my own and with most of my friends, co-workers, and acquaintanences also being from out-of-state. While I was able to navigate the home buying process mostly alone by reading about home buying, laws and real estate tips, as I moved forward with the process, I knew I needed the support of a lawyer. This is my first time working with a law office and I highly recommend their services and expertise. Mr. Wolfenson and Ms. Diana Da Costa were excellent representatives and were highly supportive every step of the way. They were committed and diligent, even when I called or emailed not knowing exactly what was the question I wanted to ask. I plan on working with them in the future, and would highly recommend them for real estate representation as well as the variety of other services they offer.

Andrew Wolfenson handled both a litigation as well as a real estate closing for me. Contrary to other attorneys I used in the past, Andrew always replied right away. Andrew always kept me updated as soon as new information came about, whether it be on a Tuesday evening or a Sunday at noon. As a first time home buyer you can imagine 1. How many questions I had and 2. How nervous I was. Not even five minutes into my consultation with Andrew and Diana I knew they were the ones! They broke down every single detail of the process and kept me laughing the whole entire time which helped ease my nerves, they answered all my questions thoroughly and were always available when needed, the day of my closing came really quickly and since I wasn’t available the night prior Andrew & Diana made it their priority to prep me for my closing, I mean they were literally outside the realtors office on a zoom call prepping me for what was about to take place .
