Best lawyer ever. I have worked with Mr Bennett for many years as he helped me get DACA and keep the status for over 10 years and then he helped me and my wife become a permanent legal resident in record time after applying for a green card. Smooth and easy to work with I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in needs of professional, legal help with immigration.

DO NOT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This lawyer mishandled my and my brother’s case years ago. We were DACA recipients and he said he could apply for a green card through our mom. He told me he was one of the best lawyers in NJ, said he had won many cases and *situations*like mine in the past. He said this multiple times and even boasted about it. His office would lose documents we provided and we had to provide them again. When they did try to do what they promised, immigration officials send a reply saying things had not been filed correctly(I have the email correspondence as proof). His excuse was that is was a new law that caused the application process to change(I researched and asked 2 other lawyers who told me my case had been mishandled). Not only that, after giving my brother and I the news, he walked away laughing knowing we were helpless and thinking we had swallowed his lies. No we did not Mr. Bennett. We never believed your lies and we never forgot. This lawyer lied about his expertise in handling cases like mine. This lawyer’s negligence destroyed my life for years. Please find someone better. Don’t let the pretty words and promises fool you. He might be able to handle simple cases that even you(the reader) and I can do ourselves, but not complicated cases. Place your case and money in better hands. This advice comes from someone who has been in the same shoes as you and wouldn’t want anyone to go through I did due to this lawyer’s negligence and lies.

I don’t recommend this law firm at any stage of your immigration process. There are plenty of lawyers better than Lloyd bennett they will help you and show more concerns & attention to your case. Save your money & time.

I really hate to write this, but this is from MY experience. DO NOT come here if you’re in need of help with your immigration status. You literally have to BEG & REMIND these people to give you a call back. I have been promised calls, but I never receive them or any emails they “will send” WHATSOEVER. As a client, you should NOT be calling every single damn time for an update. These people are not informative and won’t tell you the FULL expected process from the beginning. If you’re going to have clients, you need to be on top of each case to INFORM your clients on the process, that is why you are all getting paid- in fact you are all charging too much money for the bare minimum I am receiving back. In addition to that, your SECRETARIES are absolutely disrespectful to me & give me attitude when I ask simple questions, as a client I WILL HAVE QUESTIONS TO ASK BECAUSE IT IS NORMAL, SOMETIMES WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND CERTAIN STUFF. If you are going to work in a LAW FIRM, you have to be willing to answer questions, that is your job! They’re just very unprofessional when speaking to clients.. It would also be better to hire FLUENTLY BILINGUAL employees. Please give your secretaries etiquette lessons so they are professional when talking on the phone.

The attorney Bennett is disrespectful and has a rude manner while interacting with prospective clients. I had an appointment for my brother's immigration case. First of all, he wanted to attend us in the reception area around his receptionist and other customers who were in the waiting room... Of course, we rejected this idea as we deserve the right to privacy. After this, he took us to a private office he should have in the first place. However, while he was there he was so judgemental that he gave us the impression that he was acting and making decisions like a judge instead of putting himself in the position of a lawyer. We can understand that as a professional he may not feel identified with the case, may not feel a positive chemistry with us, or perhaps he may have had a bad day, who knows? But what is totally unacceptable is the way he acted and made us feel so uncomfortable. He must improve his customer service skills if he plans to continue servicing the community. If he is already worn out or tired of practicing, then he should consider retiring as this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Highly not recommended!
