Lloyd's office helped me reunite with my daughter, who was overseas in Colombia as I made my journey to the U.S. Her visa application process was very clear and direct thanks to the support that we received, and what would have been a very stressful trip to the embassy in Bogota for her interview was made greatly easier thanks to the guidance and coaching that we received along the way. Thank you to the people in Lloyd's office for helping us make our family complete again. Words cannot describe the gratitude that we feel in our hearts.

My wife Oksana and I came to the firm to help with the process of getting her greencard. It has been a good experience from the beginning. Lloyd Bennett and his staff have provided my wife and I the very best service in our immigration and legal matters. I married my wife in 2018, and Lloyd has helped us obtain her Green Card and employment authorization. Lloyd also helped us resolve some legal matters that could have affected my wife’s eligibility to obtain her legal status. On one occasion, I chose to use a close friend’s legal services instead Lloyd’s, since I had been promised identical results for a lower price. Lloyd helped me submitting a status of change to obtain a marriage-based green card. I had to quickly change the status due to the expiration of my H1-B and found him online mid October 2019. We submitted the application right before X’mas and received a green card at the end of October 2020. The whole process took one year, it’s pretty good right? Of course you need to work hard compiling all the documents you need to submit and you may need a little luck during the pandemic, but most importantly, I only could have done this because Lloyd guided me through the whole journey. I believe he is easy to work with and has a great knowledge and experience in immigration law. Lloyd’s associate Yalitza Maldonado was also always available to assist and answer any question that we had. Lloyd responded to my email almost always within a few hours to one day and was available for me on the day of GC interview via phone. I highly recommend!

First of all the attorney Bennett made a statement that USCIS will mail the Official Notice, I-797 Notice of Action to both the attorney AND the client, and that assertion is not correct , USCIS will mail the official notice I -797 to the lawyer and the courtesy copy I-797C to the client. Almost every attorney will ask you to file Form G-28 so he receive all original document's Now, in order to file Form I-824 I can not submit the courtesy copy I-797C but the copy of the original I-797 official notice which was mailed to the attorney. I comfirmed with Uscis if I submit I-797C , USCIS will reject my application. But he insisted that either one Is ok. Also in his opinion if the check boxes 62a, 62b and 62c on Form I-130 are omited and you are present in US , Uscis should transfer the aproved petition 130 to NVC anyway, That is not true either, if you omitt that very important part on I-130, you will need to file form I-824 to request USCIS to transfer the aproved petition to NVC which takes 6 to 12 months to process. Otherwise he seems like nice person.

I went in for a consultation and right from the start I saw how the this firm was very professional. From the receptionist who greets you and addresses you correctly to the the attorneys and everyone who helped in my case. I was very nervous and every time I contact this firm they help me calm down and made me focus - with their great positive vibes, they made this entire process light and easy. I want to THANK the entire team; very professionals and very honest. I highly recommend this firm (on immigration) because they will take their time to explain the procedures the wait time and anything you are uncleared. Again, thank you firm!
