If you don't want anything to get done contact this guy. Him and his staff are very slow to work on cases, not responsive and like to blame others. Look else where if you need a caring, professional attorney

Contacted the office for a case review. They asked to fill out a questionnaire. Filled it and emailed it. No one ever bothered to call or get back to me. It’s been a month now. I also called the office and I get told that someone would call but no one ever does. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.

My son got into trouble with the law in New Jersey. We used Aiello Harris two times and were lucky enough to get Jim Lankford assign to his case. Jim was able to explain the legal system to me, the procedures and consequences.He was available to talk to me over the phone, even after office hours , if we had something important to discuss, or if I was just totally panic stricken.Jim is proficient, professional, knowledgeable and provided me with the personal attention that I needed. When I contacted the Aiello Harris Law Firm I did so with minimum information on hand. My paper had been misplaced some time ago. However, this did not deter Mr. Lankford. He worked with me every step of the way to resolve my legal matter. He took on homework that would not have been needed had I’d still had all the initial paperwork and he did so without a qualm. I was in an extremely sensitive situation that could have implications to my immigration statues where I was extremely worried and there seem to be no way out, BUT James Lankford crossed all his T doted ALL his i and made all charges drop within the first 3 minutes of my court date. He was amazing, and not just that its the fact that he cared enough to make sure he found all the possible avenues to make sure there was a way out for me. I was in a car accident which was not my fault and where I suffered a broken wrist. I wasn't sure what to do when it happened. Christopher Aiello was the first person to call me (while he was on vacation). He took the time to help explain everything to me, he even set me up with an appointment the next day at the law firm. Let me just start this review by saying Mr. Aiello is not like other attorneys. He cares about his clients, not just represent them in the court of law. From the beginning he was courteous and took the time to listen to my story. I could tell right away I made the right choice. He got 2 out 3 charges of mine dismissed. I was looking at a loss of license as well as jail time but luckily he was by my side. I would recommend him to anyone honestly. I am overall very happy with the results he got me.
