We used Louis B. Chapman as our attorney to close on our house. The entire process took less than 2 months. Louis was very knowledgeable and responded to questions of ours very quickly (even after 12am), guiding us in the entire home buying process. He was able to get us a large seller's credit. His connections in real estate (with local city officials, the seller's lawyer, etc.) enabled the process to go very smoothly. We highly recommend Louis B. Chapman and would use him again.

We hired Mr Chapman to assist in purchasing our property. We are very satisfied with the service provided. Overall, it was a very smooth process from beginning to end. The attorney review was completed in a timely manner. His comments uncovered a buried oil tank that the sellers had not initially disclosed. Mr Chapman was very responsive and available via phone call or email. We were able to close on time. Closing took place at his office.
