I hired Lou as my attorney when I purchased my first condo and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the process and even went to bat for me when I needed an extension right before closing. He's been in the business for a long time and you can tell that he's an expert in real estate law. I would highly recommend Lou for anyone looking for a real estate attorney!
