Louis pays attention to details and knows how to coordinate with all stakeholders (real estate agents, sellers attorney, title agency, etc). When the seller failed to meet expectations agreed upon during inspection period, Louis went through great effort to identify the email and letter correspondence showing our clear expectations and their subsequent agreement. He is very professional, reliable, and fast: I can expect to get an email reply within 5 minutes and he always pick up the phone calls. Once the seller was very hard to deal with and kept pushing us, he helped me to negotiate and handled the situation very well. I worked with another attorney on Hyatt plan and he charged me $200 fax fee which is ridiculous. Mike is very honest and never charge me any hidden fees. Thank you Mike for all your hard work!
