From start to finish selling my house Louis was there to help and answer any questions. Would recommend and use again!!!

Louis and his team helped me with the purchase of a home. I very much appreciated their competent work and easy access. They did a wonderful job of getting all the title work, survey, contact with the Seller's attorney and the mortgage broker. The process was simple and issue free. I felt very confident during the closing process an appreciate the small details like voter registration that we also did during the closing.

Louis Chapman helped us close on our first house in the easiest way imaginable. From the first phone call, Louis provided his knowledge and expertise, and explained to us exactly what we needed to do to close while having our best interests represented. He successfully negotiated on our behalf with the seller on certain closing terms, and identified potential problems and how to resolve them. He also helped us navigate financing a loan through his great network of real estate professionals. He went out of his way to make himself available to us and was always easily reachable to answer our questions with very knowledgable, experienced, and professional legal counsel. We are so happy that we chose Louis to represent us, and highly recommend him.

Mr. Chapman is very professional. He helped me to do both selling and buying, I was always well informed and thoroughly explained every step of the process and any residuals, which can be very complicated not to mention overwhelming. I am kind of person who is easy to get nervous, he could help me to solve issues, and made me relieved and pleased. From the contract signing, which was negotiated as much as possible in our favor and explained to us in details, to the closing table I knew I was in good hands. I felt very confident having Ms. Stein representing me as he was very hands on every aspect of the transaction and very thorough with never-ending paperwork. We first hired Louis to help us with closing on a purchase of our apartment. Throughout the entire process Louis always took the time to explain every aspect of the closing, what we can expect and the potential risks involved. He made himself available on Sunday to speak to us about questions that we had. Because of our initlal experience we again hired Louis recently to help us put together a Will for our family. Louis and his assistant Tina were again extremely helpful in explaining the contents of the will. Tina was very flexible with adjusting the document to ensure that it contained our wishes. Louis was kind enough to come to our home to have us sign all the Will document, which was extremely helpful as we have a four month old. We will no doubt utilize Louis services in the future again.

I worked with Louis over the last 2 months when I was buying my home. I can't say enough great things about him. I found him via my Hyatt Legal plans. He is a top quality lawyer. Him and his practice made sure that we had everything we needed for our home purchase. I have full trust in him and I could not recommend a better lawyer to work with.

Having used Mr.Michael and Louis Chapman for both the purchase of a new home where I had a few issues (which they handled seamlessly), I realized they had amazing professionalism, courtesy and above all else clear and open and fast communication(a pet peeve of mines!!!). After being thoroughly please with that transaction, I used them again for the sale of my old property and again can't say enough great things about them and their firm.
