We chose to contact Palmisano & Goodman after my accident because of their reputation for being extremely competent AND ethical. Everyone at the firm was kind, responsive, extremely competent and expertly guided me every step of the way. I never had to call for an update on my case as Bob Goodman routinely called to keep me advised and to check on my medical progress. At times when I was overwhelmed by everything, Bob Goodman took the time to calm me down and reassure me. He is professional and compassionate and obviously cares about his clients’ well-being. I've, (unfortunately), had to use the services of Mr. Goodman twice in the last 20 years for major injuries, (a very serious injury while at work and one involving an automobile accident which ripped-up my knee. The ONLY good part of either experience was being referred to Bob. He knows both the law and the system like the back of his hand, and truly works, seemingly endlessly, to ensure the best possible result for you. Both Bob and the remainder of his firm are available at all times to you, and never make you feel as if any question you may have is "stupid" or a waste of his/their time. This firm is no bunch of "ambulance-chasers". Bob expects the truth from you, and wouldn't take you on as a client unless he knows you have truly been harmed at the hands of someone/something else. Without a doubt, being seriously injured is a horrible thing to go through, I still deal with my injuries today. But at least with Mr. Goodman and his firm on your side, you won't have to worry about losing your income, paying for medical services you may need in the future or being fairly compensated by the wrongful party for your pain and suffering. If you've been seriously injured, don't even think about calling anyone different, you won't be disappointed.
