Mrs. Ives is pretty awesome at her job but the office help always acts like your bothering them when you call and in my opinion pretty rude.
If my crew were as rude and disconnected as them, they would be looking for another job.

Emailed me months after my submission just to ask for documents. After I arrange for documents to be sent, they tell me they have a full docket and won’t take my case. No call or anything just some late emails. Why waste someone’s time who needs civil rights assistance? If you are reading this, try for anyone else.
