I went trusting this firm to do the right thing. They made me think they were working on my case. Held on to it for a year. I won a case that an officer had falsified his report to arrest me. I lost my lively hood my freedom and have had many other problems. They had a clear way to sue APD but seem to have now sided with the people they were supposed to make accountable for their actions. Whether they sided with APD is observed speculation. Either way when it was time they dropped me like a rock into a pond. It seems to me they are pretending to help people to allow criminal police the time they need to get away with their crime. I wouldn't trust these people with any case.

Contacted Mr. Higgins for some legal advice regarding some pressing mortgage issues. After doing much research myself and speaking with Mr. Higgins, he was very knowledgeable and I knew he was the right attorney to represent me. The area of law that I needed his council is unchartered waters (which is why I had to selective about my choice of attorney). Fighting the BIG BANKS is no easy task. He did not hesitate to step up for me- which is a quality that we want in an attorney. Mr. Higgins fought for me in a child custody case at first i felt i was loosing because i ended up paying child support and my arrtears were and still are in the thousands.However we were battling against ghetto trash ROBERT BARLOW but Mr. Higgins refused to stoop to his level he was calm creative and at times down right funny but in the end i didnt win custody but i did recieve more time with my daughter and thats a step.Iwas alittle saddened when he ended our contract but hey all angels have to say their goodbyes. I hired John F. Higgins to draft and negotiate contracts for a reality TV venture. Mr. Higgins is a perspicatious attorney with a fervent grasp of the law and an eye for detail. He took a consientious approach to fully understanding all aspects of the deal, and delivered a comprehensive document. During negotiations he demonstrated highly developed communication skills and represented my position with compassion and integrity. I will be seeking Mr. Higgins council for future business transactions, or to act as a personal advocate.

My prior experience has lead me to believe that all lawyers were lying men in nice suits, indolent and indifferent to the details of one's case. It was because of John Higgins that my view has changed. A man of good character was and is a priority in determining who will represent me in trial. john higgins was already representing one person in an automobile accident were there was an off duty police detective involved in this wreck and the report was falsified. john had called me and i was told he was legally able to do this, he wanted to represent me.i did not know any better so i let him represent me. after several of his actions didnt seem right to me, i started contacting other lawyers to verify my thoughts and turned out i was correct. after higgins found out i contacted someone else, he became upset with me. later that day he ended the contract with me. higgins still has some of my paper work that he refuses to return to me. he has told me that i never gave him the originals when i know i did. higgins has also lied to me on a few different occasions. i know i cant make him change, but hopefully i can keep some people from being done wrong any further.

I am a physician and needed specialized employment conttacts reviewed and new contracts drafted. Mr. Higgins was very efficient in ascertaining what I needed and then quickly produced documents that have served me well for two years. I have dealt with many attorneys over the years and would rate Mr. Higgins at the top. I recommend without reservations.
