I had a fantastic experience with the Law Firm of Erika E. Anderson. Their dedicated team exhibited exceptional professionalism and expertise. They were communicative, transparent, and attentive. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking reliable legal representation.

$29000.00 OUT OF POCKET FOR NOTHING. Who gets paid $29000.00 and doesn’t represent you in court? I hired Ms. Anderson to represent me in a complex probate case. I’m from out of state. I was not advised of NM specific laws. I was transparent regarding the aspects of the case and people involved. The office moved locations during my case and I had three different paralegals. Each time a new paralegal was hired, I had to explain everything over again which increased the bill. Many times I received no response from counsel. When I called, the receptionist seemed annoyed. Many conference calls were inaudible on my end due to poor acoustics in the office. Ms. Anderson laughed during my mediation while I was crying. I was never advised what to do once I was appointed personal representative which affected my case negatively. In the end, I paid over $29000.00 only to have the firm disengage because I didn’t have anymore money. This left me defending myself in a lawsuit in a state I do not reside in. MS. ANDERSON NEVER ADVISED THAT I COULD GET SUED FOR LIFE INSURANCE PROCEEDS. I hired them again for my deposition. I couldn’t afford to start over with another attorney. I paid a $2500.00 retainer. The deposition was 2 hours. I did not get any money back. I was told there was a balance from months prior. Previously I had been told I had paid the balance in full. One attorney Mr. Olsen was very helpful. I wish he would have been with the firm initially. $29000.00 to represent myself. I have no faith in the legal system. I will NEVER trust attorneys. This is criminal. The response is laughable. Update: I am also adding that no one in your office made me aware of my duties as a PR until 6 weeks before trial. By then it was too late. In the beginning I spoke with a paralegal only and no one ever in 2 years advised me of spousal rights in NM. This is the entire point of hiring an attorney. I did get billed for hours trying to translate documents but in the end needed professionally translated documents and apostille. I received bills for amended, revised and inter office communication. Just a horrible experience. This office left my family financially broken. We will never recover. The only person in the office that was helpful was Mitchel.

I never received a "phone call" in 42 days from Ms. Anderson herself or anyone else from this firm regarding my "case" my husband left a review and 24 hours later I get a "call" trying to justify why I was never notified of anything! I was injured, having medical bills, loss of wages, pain and suffering and stress. Then to get a call AFTER the review was posted very upset and annoyed. Looks like your only concern was your review of your firm and not your clients.

Very upset with this Firm, they took my wifes information about her injury. Then weeks went by and not a single person or anyone called or contacted my wife on any status of her case except Erin the Intake Person which still was very minimal. And then more weeks went by and still nothing. And then finally after six weeks of my wife being in pain and dealing with her injury and seeing Dr. and Chiropractors. and Getting x rays and starting therapy for her back, she gets informed that they DO NOT handle Federal cases. My wife told them she hurt her back at a Casino since week one. So my wife has been sending paperwork from Dr. visits and notes from Chiropractor For WHAT? So that they can say that they do not handle Federal cases. Why ?? wasn't that told to my wife in the beginning instead of WAISTING HER TIME. i WILL never REFER THIS FIRM TO ANYONE.
