They ask for a $3000 retainer! Who has $3000 just laying around after covid & inflation. I'm being sued for the same amount! My property was robbed 5 months prior & among numerus thing. The title was one of them. No help from this law office! Apparently they only care about the legal system, not a justice system.

Today I called to talk to Erica but intake lady said she's have to take down my info first. So we seemed to have it hit of pretty good until she found everything to be funny . I'm in excruciating pain so I'm not sure how my pain could be so funny. Let's not forget that she kept saying " awe poor guy" referring to the one who caused my pain AND suffering. Now why would I want a law firm to like this to take my case when the intake person feels so sorry for his negligence and my pain was a joke to her. I also needed to ask questions about the attorney so I am decide for myself if I'd be comfortable with the attorney taking my case but the intake lady acted like the law firm was doing me the favor when it's my pain and suffering that brings in the income.

My experience with the law offices of Erika Anderson was excellent. My attorney was James Altamirano and he is both friendly and professional. James was very approachable and comfortable to work with. What I appreciated was having Ms. Anderson, with all of her knowledge and experience, involved whenever we needed her. The situation was ideal. If you are ever in a circumstance that requires legal representation, I highly recommend that you give this office a call. It is not easy to find good help these days but if you're in need of an attorney, it's important that you find a good one. This is a great office and the reviews speak for themselves. Read the negative reviews and you'll find that they did not actually have a relationship with this office and rather seemed to lash out without receiving service. That makes sense because, based on my experience, had they worked with James or Erika, they would not have left negative reviews.

I hired Erika for an employment matter. Erika and Kaela were not intimidated and worked hard to win my case. They are professional, knowledgeable, and never backed down to anything thrown our way by the opposing council. Erika easily discredited each of the opposing witnesses and prepared my case with all the evidence that formed a rock-solid case. I would recommend Erika to anyone needing representation.
