I called for pretty straight forward advise. I spoke to Mary, the “intake” person. I was able to explain a small amount of my situation. My statements were laughed at and I was belittled. I am a nurse for over 10 years with a serious issue and request. She immediately stated prices as if I couldn’t afford it. Said “call back when you get fired”. I work with heart disease patients. Just to put this interaction into perspective, this would be similar to a patient calling me with chest pain and my response being “call me when you actually have a heart attack”. I asked her, “are you Erika?” She said “no, I’m Mary the intake… “. can’t remember what else she stated her title was. I have never left a call so discouraged. For someone seeking help, I left feeling helpless. The worst feeling someone could have in this position. If you want someone to support you and listen, this isn’t your office.

After my husband John passed away in September 2021, I needed to redo my will. The Law Office of Erika Anderson gave me a price for doing so that was reasonable and that I could afford. Everyone I dealt with there was so kind, friendly and very helpful. I appreciate them very much and would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their estate planning. Thank you.

I was seeking an attorney. I got one response back saying how much she charged and when I inquired some more details about the finances they never contacted back. I can assume they only care if you have a lot of money. So if you are poor but need legal help, this is not the one to go to.

I am a 60-year-old legally blind man. Me and my guide dog German Shepherd Ella where attacked by pitbull the same Pitbull two times and received very serious injuries. I had talked to a few different attorneys but the very first time I met the people at this law office I finally felt like I was going to be receiving some justice from the owners of that dangerous dog. The people there are very very nice sympathetic and seem to understand what I was going through needing surgery and my guide dog was torn up very bad both dog attacks. My case is not completely settled just yet but I feel very confident that they are going to get to the bottom of this. They always return my phone calls and I highly recommend anyone else going through a difficult situation like I am to give them a call go down there and see them it's a nice atmosphere they even have outdoor patio where we will able to sit outside and discuss this matter with my guide dog. As soon as I walked up to the patio they had a water bowl already for my dog to drink out of that made me very happy 😁😊. A gentleman by the name of Isaac is the one who's handling my case and he is great. So if you feel that someone or somebody needs to give you a payout you should go talk to Isaac

We had many questions about what type of Estate Plan we should choose, and we were guided through the selection and completion process. They are fast, efficient and very reasonable when using a legal plan. I sleep better knowing that our needs will be met.

Overall, working with the team was good. Most of the process was completed online via secure links. Our only face time was when we signed documents. They are also part of the Metlife network, which allows for discounted rates. Even after completion of documents, her team responded quickly when we had more questions.
