****I do NOT recommend this firm**** They lied MANY times about the status of my case and what actions were being done and made excuse after excuse as to why they didn't follow through; Several times they said they were "on their way to file my case" and blamed the pandemic even though the courts were open throughout the pandemic. They didn't file my case until almost a year after I signed on with them. They seemed to get really annoyed if I asked any questions. 2 years later, my case finally settled and the paralegal gave me 2 free movie tickets (LOL!!) saying, "i know your case took much longer than it should've, so here are 2 movie tickets". This was AFTER they kept telling me, "ALL THE CASES ARE TIME-CONSUMING SO IT'S NORMAL"... In the end, I got half of settlement amount because they will charge their percentage PLUS their fees (emails, phone calls, etc). I absolutely do not recommend them and wish I had done my research. Also if professional image is anything to you, every time we stepped into their office, half the staff were in pajamas or lounge attire. That should have been my cue.
