All of the staff here at Caruso Law Offices have been incredibly friendly and helpful during every step of this process! I never had problems getting a hold of anybody here and they have always worked hard to give me the answers I needed! I would strongly recommend their services to anyone who may need them!

We totaled our vehicle, and we were getting the run-around by Allstate. Then, the Presbyterian physical therapy didn't want to treat me for problems because of the wreck because it was from a wreck. I talked to my sister who had used Caruso for her wreck and she was very happy with the results. When my husband and I met with Mark Caruso we were shocked at what we really didn't know about car wrecks. The law office gave me the list of doctors who would agree to directly bill Allstate and I didn't need to pay the doctors or the attorneys anything until the settlement was done. The attorneys and staff were really easy to work with, especially Marc Rushing. One time when I called them it took 2 days to get a call back, but that was OK. Most of the time I talked to someone the same day I called. Anyway, tey would call almost monthly to see how I was doing, and they would give me an quick update. When it came time to settle, we actually got more money in our pocket than we expected. Our doctors gave us discounts from the amount owed to them for their treatment and Caruso Law Firm even gave us a discount on the attorney fee. It was all about having happy clients and referrals. I have recently recommended a friend from work to Caruso Law Offices.

I have had the opportunity to refer many out of state cases to great attorneys...Mark is one of them. Our mutual client was extremely happy with the service and attention to detail. This particular client's concerns were a little different than most and she had the patience to litigate the case. Mark hit a "Home Run" with something modest and our client was rewarded with a great verdict. I would give Mark and his team the highest rating and hope to work with them again.

Caruso Law Offices has without a doubt been a blessing throughout one of the most difficult events in my life. My mother was almost killed in an accident last year, and when my world came crumbling down, each one of their staff was there to support my family from the beginning. It was during COVID-19 which came along with all sorts of other uncertainties and hospital rules. I was honestly just panicked. When I met Andrew Mirabal, he was so compassionate, supportive, and always available throughout the entire process. He provided me with detailed explanations, medical resources, and above everything words of comfort, which is probably what I needed most. He has a drive like none other, and I know he will make an excellent attorney! Almost a year later, Mr. Caruso and Andrew have worked hard to help my mother receive what she will need for her treatment during the remainder of her life. Even when insurance companies refused to understand the true value of human life, they came out on top with what was nothing short of a true miracle. Mark Caruso is the best lawyer in the state. He actually cares about his clients. The attention to detail and professionalism provided from his paralegals, front desk and him personally was outstanding and comforting. They never left me in the dark about my case, I was contacted immediately on changes and new information, all my questions and concerns where answered and always super respectful and friendly.

My ears were tickled with everything I wanted to hear, and Mr. Caruso’s law office seemed different and actually care. After I signed on I maybe spoke with Mr. Caruso three times over two years. He didn’t honor his proposed arrangement, and I was nickel and dimed excessively. I was persuaded (I say forced) to pay for medical expenses I wasn’t responsible for. When I questioned it he would not see me. I helped him more than he helped me in my opinion. I thought he held himself to a higher standard, but he wants the quick money even if it means not fighting for his client. Make your decision that you feel is right. I have permanent problems I have to struggle with after being extremely frugal, and he has no conscience and probably has forgotten who I am already.
