I submitted a request for representation online over a week ago and have not received any response. So I followed up with a phone call, left a voicemail and did not get a call back. I called once again, and was asked what my case was about. Upon hearing the details of my case, they told me that they do not represent people for diminished value claims. When their website clearly states otherwise. I'm sure you'll get their attention if you have a lawsuit with a large settlement potential, but apparently mine was not a large enough sum. Look elsewhere if you don't want to waste your time. Only reason I reached out multiple times was because I was referred to them, particularly for this type of representation. They're only interested in your money, not in helping someone in need. I typically only leave reviews when I have good things to say. Why waste time being negative? In this case, I've wasted enough time already. Beware.

Mark Caruso took care of my wife that got in a bad accident in Rio Rancho. Their office went after the insurance company responsible and got my wife a very good settlement in a timely fashion!! Excellent attorney for personal injury!
