When the catastrophic happens... In 2011, I had a slip and fall in a puddle on glazed concrete. I broke both arms and a leg. Life forever changed. Richard Hardy and Emma Vasquez where there for me. They are earnest, brilliant, and empathetic. I was not just a case to them. In 2019, my world was rocked again when my mom died after a slip and fall in a puddle at a store (if it weren't for bad luck we'd have no luck at all). Richard Hardy was one of the first calls we made after getting the autopsy report. My dad mattered to him and to Emma. They took a case that others might walk away from due to who the business was. And we had our day in court. My mom matters.
