I had a great experience working with FCHC. They were very compassionate and genuinely concerned throughout the whole case. Robyn did the best job ever to facilitate everything. They worked hard with what my case had to offer and, at the last minute, were even able to recover more money for me than what was expected. Driving in New Mexico has become more dangerous - I learned this after being the victim of two vehicle accidents where the other drivers blatantly broke traffic laws and hit the vehicles I was riding in/driving (I experienced one of each). He handled delicate negotiations, and protected me from blame and disparagement that I did not deserve. In fact, he treated me like I was a member of his family. Let me start off by saying " the best injury lawyer I've ever encountered ". Bar none, without a doubt THE BEST. Now I was injured pretty severely in an oilfield accident and care flighted to Lubbock from a field in new Mexico. A lawyer sent papers, a contract, with my brother for me to sign, while I was in and out of conciousness. He did a terrible job representing me , if that's what you call it. Took almost 2years to file then filed in wrong state, county, it was almost a disaster. But I found another lawyer who would take the case for half of the 40 percent, and the first flake would retain the other 20. , best I thought I could do, another 8 months passed and no advancement in my case, the through a glaring light on a white horse came josh conaway, of the amazing firm fadduol cliff hardy and conaway. He accepted my case and agreed to do it for only 10 percent of the 2nd attorneys w0 percent. He did everything and so much more finally I had hope. In just over a year it was settled and In the right place where i would receive the maximum. I was so blessed that the firm and josh personally took such great care of me. And let's not forget his amazing assistant robyn . She always took my calls no matter how late or weekends, I think I even called her in Cancun, and she answered always ,even if she had to do research and get back with me, always answered my question no matter how trivial.
