Richard genuinely cared about my well being. Is not only a lawyer, but a good friend. He worked real hard to get the most compensation for my injuries and really cared about my well being. Emma was really the best and worked hard for me.

Richard and his team helped my husband so much i cannot thank them enough. They are amazing and we couldnt have asked for a better lawyer and better team he work with. I was injured in an auto accident and had no one to turn to. I reached out to Carlos Cedillo and he began working on my case Carlos and his assistant Cecilia always returns my text messages and answered all my questions fairly quickly! When it was time to go to battle with the defense attorneys, my attorney stood firm fold calm and collective! The defense attorneys beat me up but Carlos turned it around on them and won my case with intelligence and respect! He did not stoop down to their level and wanted me the recovery that I feel I deserve! Cecilia has always been there emotionally for me and this is the firm I will stick with for the rest of my life!

Worked here briefly about three years ago. Very spacious offices with view of the Sandia mountains. When I was being trained, the young women paralegals seemed extremely overworked and frightened to make mistakes. It was very obvious. It's also a very extroverted environment so expect to go out to lunch alot. Lawyer son, very ambitious and can be cocky. Basically told me outright (paraphrasing) that I was only hired because this other woman had prior obligations (but then this woman was soon hired anyway explicitly to take my place). They expect alot from you which I suppose is expected for a legal job but I assume if you stick with it you could "earn more than most lawyers" which is something I certainly believe based on the amount of work. When they say paralegal, they really mean your going to be doing almost everything the lawyers do. Which is cool if you are determined and want the experience. Just not for me.
