Charles and William are such amazing, caring and understanding attorney's. There was not one instance that I doubted their judgement. They fought vigorously for me. I truly believe that without them I would have not have had the outcome that I received.

I am very happy and grateful I went with Pamel Faris, she is very honest and professional. My son is my world and my life, the result of this case meant everything to me. She is very organized and listened and fought for me on things I never thought of in court, it was so nice to have a Lawer that truly cares and puts all her heart into her job. I can't say enough good things about her. I have worked with many lawyers and Pamela is by far above all.

I was not in a good place when I first set foot in their office back in October 2022, but when I closed out my account I was. I got rid of the toxicity in my life, 2023 has been a much better year for me and they got me a sweetheart deal in my divorce that was so good it should be taught in a law class. I was recommended to them by a former coworker and I came out on top. If I ever have a friend/coworker who gets divorced (I hope not!) I'm going to recommend this law office. Mr. Hoskovec helped me out greatly!

Our family had some issues related to the trust account which got extremely complicated. Mr. Armijo and his office helped immensely in sorting out the details and ensuring that the trust was handled and resolved. I attempted to seek representation from many other firms. I was referred to Kathleen for a tenant eviction. I got in contact with her and assistant Nancy via email and provided the details of the situation, and also the documents requested. After providing the documents, I was told that I would receive an engagement letter as soon as possible. This occurred on January 30. I followed up with them because I did not receive an engagement letter on February 8. I did not hear anything from them until today (2/28). I sent him an email again, following up about the engagement letter. I did not receive a reply so I called. Nancy, Kathleen’s assistant told me that she doesn’t know what to tell me. Kathleen has been very busy and she just hasn’t gotten around to it. I explained the situation, and that if that was the case they could have simply followed up so that I could know where we were in the process, but they did not. It is very unfortunate and not a level of professionalism that I would expect from an established law firm. 6/29/23 Update: several weeks ago, when my case had been resolved I was called by my lawyer and asked if I would change my “scathing” review. I told her that when my case was resolved I would be happy to update it. My case is (nearly) resolved however, I am still quite displeased, but will updated as agreed. I have received several invoices (as to be expected). What is not to be expected is to receive invoices from the Firm with late fees on them although it was my first notice of such charges. I was charged $28 for follow up emails. I had not ( and still have not for over a month) heard from my lawyer Kathleen Ahgar I sent a follow up email as 2 weeks had gone by without her providing me an update. Today, I went back to my email to see how much longer I should wait. The judgement was given on 5/11. I asked for an update on 5/25. She informed me it is not uncommon to wait for weeks, and that someone would be checking daily. Another month has gone by (6 weeks in total). If I ask for an update I may be charged another $28 dollars so I’ll continue to wait. I understand that the courts maybe backed up and there could be a significant back log. That is fine. What would be nice is to receive an update that is initiated by my lawyer and without a $28 price tag for a 4 sentence email.

I have the utmost respect for William and his team of attorneys, paralegals and staff. I worked with them for 13 years. Most of the staff have been there over 5 years and the only new staff were hired to expand the firm due to demand. They care about the clients, have frequent contact with those clients and they fight hard for their clients when in court. They are knowledgeable of the law and they are respected by the judges and other attorneys in town. They will not disappoint you.
