Michelle Cortez was recommended to me to use for my divorce by another atty. My husband and I at the time were on our third attempt to mediate our divorce.When I met Michelle, I sensed intuitively that she was both ethical and skilled, compassionate and strong. I basically handed my divorce and my trust over to her and she quided me through what was a good and decent ending to my marriage. Michelle was a fierce advocate when she needed to be during my mediation and she took all measures to ensure I was going to be ok when the divorce was over. I ended up feeling very secure and grateful after the proceedings and my future feels not quite as scary as I thought it would. William has represented our family during an adoption, real estate proceedings and assisted with a bankruptcy as well as a divorce over 10 years ago; all to very satisfactory results. Attorneys aren't cheap but I feel like William is more than fair and very forthcoming with expected fees. I saw another review and frankly I feel like this person is being more than deceitful about things and likely didn't get the result they wanted on what sounds like a losing case to start with since they stated "he didn't want to take the case". Some people are just vindictive and refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. I'll be using William here in a couple weeks on my wife's child custody case.

My fiance and I would highly recommend Cortez & Hoskovec. We specifically worked with William who helped us with a really sticky situation. We at first scheduled a consultation because we were not sure what to do and were panicked. After talking to William, we hired him because he was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to give us direction as well as help us meet our end goal. In a state that still heavily leans towards mother's in child custody cases, William was amazing at helping my fiance get more time with his kids. We will be going to him for any legal needs we may have in the future.
