As a fellow attorney working in Albuquerque I have had the privilege to get to know Michelle over the past several years. William has represented our family during an adoption, real estate proceedings and assisted with a bankruptcy as well as a divorce over 10 years ago; all to very satisfactory results. Attorneys aren't cheap but I feel like William is more than fair and very forthcoming with expected fees. I saw another review and frankly I feel like this person is being more than deceitful about things and likely didn't get the result they wanted on what sounds like a losing case to start with since they stated "he didn't want to take the case". Some people are just vindictive and refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. I'll be using William here in a couple weeks on my wife's child custody case.

My fiance and I would highly recommend Cortez & Hoskovec. We specifically worked with William who helped us with a really sticky situation. We at first scheduled a consultation because we were not sure what to do and were panicked. After talking to William, we hired him because he was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to give us direction as well as help us meet our end goal. In a state that still heavily leans towards mother's in child custody cases, William was amazing at helping my fiance get more time with his kids. We will be going to him for any legal needs we may have in the future.

William Hoskovec is a spectacular attorney. He's extremely honest with his practices and prices, he took time to answer all my questions as well as made sure I was comfortable going into court by explaining everything. There wasn't a day that I thought he was unprepared or didn't care about my case. He answered all of my family members questions as well, and has been quick to respond to all e-mails even after my divorce was finalized. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a divorce attorney.

Great set of people who are willing to help. Had trouble with APD bulling myself and my wife. William helped us understand our rights and kept us from being pressured into submission. Fast response to calls and emails, took the time to explain stuff to us that we didnt understand. Very reasonable fees. Willam is the best.
