This firm went through with a hearing while I was on military orders. To the ambiguous response about attorney-client privileges, which has nothing to do with taking advantage of an Honorably discharged veteran: This firm knowingly filed paperwork with the court NOT checking the box asking if the respondent is a member of the US military. This "negligence" made proceeding with the hearing without a respondent present, quite convenient for the firm to heinously reward me for serving my country

This is a joke of a family attorney. William is by far if not the worst attorney I ever encountered but the most unethical. He hesitated to take my case, then charged me a lot of money, told me an amount my case would cost then ran up my escrow funds in the background without even letting me know. Finally, when I got my bill it was as much as the entire case would cost and I asked him to explain the charges and to let me know when he is going to invoice me first, well he didn’t like that. He doesn’t want you to know what he is charging you for because it’s bogus. He doesn’t do what you pay him to do. He will take your money and right before your court he will terminate your contract after he spent all your kids Money and tell you to find representation elsewhere and that you don’t trust him just because you ask for an itemized imvoice. He comes off as very condescending and he is very impatient with kids. Basically, if you have a few grand to throw to the wind and get nothing in return then hire him, but if your like most people who work really hard for their money and don’t want to be scammed out of it, it’s best you save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. He was recommended to me and this is one recommendation I will never pass on. If I could give this firm 0 stars I would.

If you need the help of an experienced and knowledgeable family lawyer, then save yourself the trouble-This is NOT the place! Be prepared for William H. to overcharge and underproduce. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Very poor representation. Ms. Cortez consistently over bills and comes to hearings unprepared. Would not recommend trusting her with your case.

Awful experience, Michelle did nothing for me, but took a lot of money from me. If I were you I'd choose another firm, this one has very little to offer.
