When my husband and I were needing to draw up a Will along with a few other documents, we were told about PBWS through our attorneys in Texas. We called and were very pleased to find everybody extremely helpful and kind. Dealing with a child with Autism or any disability? Worried about what will happen if you die? Well go here. They are experts at guiding you through creating a "special needs" trust that goes into effect when you die. It allows your child to continue getting any form of Social Security, food Stamps, house assistance etc. by its very nature to be not counted as gifted but a special needs trust for any and all needs they have that does NOT impact programs they are on. You need help putting these together and kind, caring legal professionals to make it work. I was so delighted at the end when they handed me a 3 ring binder with everything labeled and separated out. They are the BEST what more can I say.

No! I did NOT get answers to my questions but had to pay anyway. Staff unable to print invoice. Got bill in the mail stating I owed the fee I paid. I asked for correct invoice by mail but it was sent by email. Now I must find a printer. Very unprofessional.

Attorney Margaret Graham of PBWS Law has guided me through the creation of two Special Needs Trusts, as well as Powers of Attorney, for my developmentally disabled sibling. Attorney Graham was responsive, capable and easy to work with, and particularly sensitive in relating to my brother. The firm’s communications with me throughout were timely and impeccably professional. The hours billed me were honestly assessed and reasonably priced. In the end, the balance of my retainer was returned to me. I cannot recommend PBWS Law highly enough. I will turn to the firm again for any future legal needs.

I've used this law firm as has my father a few times. Their communication both pre and post appointments has been excellent. The services they have provided to each of us have been outstanding as well. Those we've worked with have been professional, empathetic, and attentive. I never left there feeling like I was uninformed or mislead as I have other times at different law practices. I never felt rushed. They were patient, kind, and responsive to all of our questions and/or concerns. I would recommend this practice if you want to be treated on a more "personal level", and with respect,...something that doesn't always exist in a law firm.
